In , Disney established a policy that no loose, ice including in personal coolers, could be brought into the parks. The main concern is the potential for guests to slip on the loose ice. Disney recommends using reusable ice packs.

I love the new rules. The smoking should be as far away from people, especially kids, as possible and this will help. Not sure about putting it near the bus stop though since everybody headed to the buses will now go through a cloud of smoke. Stroller rules are also welcome as they seem to get bigger everyday and the parks are crowded enough.
Just hoping Disney sticks with it since I am sure people will complain. Smoking should not be allowed. People, especially children, have the right to not be subjected to the gross smell and harmful carcinogens.
I had breast cancer 5 years ago and cringe when I have to walk past those smoking areas in WDW.
