Because it shipped on the 3rd, and the 4th is a holiday I would receive it Friday July 5th. Flash forward to the 5th. I check tracking and it just shows "Delayed".
I call UPS to find out where the package is and I am told that QVC sent it too late on Wednesday and it was past the cutoff time for next day shipping. Wow, so a day after the wedding that I needed it for. The best they can do is wait for me to get it, have me return it, then after it is return they would process a refund which would take days.
In the meantime, I'm just sitting here baffled at why they sent it out for shipping past the cut off time, and that now becomes my problem. They have accepted no responsibility and are unwilling to make this right. Now I am out the money from the original item, and will have to miraculously find a replacement in 1 day.
Then I will be out the money for both of the items. Awful company, awful customer service. Do not shop here. I just love love love this. I was a big Liz Earle fan but I have changed. The smell is amazing, my skin is so soft. I will never use anything else. I have recommended this to my daughter and friends. Thank you Elemis. You pay twice for your products, them and bank. When questioned they give you the runaround. No more membership. I called QVC and asked why it was being sent back and they said someone had a bad account with QVC with that same address… We used QVC one other time around Christmas and had no issues and paid off what we ordered so not sure where that came from, but whatever I let it be and said, "Will you refund me the first payment? A week has passed and no refund yet. Now I have to wait 5 more days.
I purchased sandals during the winter and did not wear them until the weather was warmer. Once I wore them around the house, I realized they didn't fit right and I did not like them.
I returned them to QVC and 6 weeks later they were sent back to me. I called them to discuss their mistake and I was told it was after 30 DAYS and could not be returned! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was nothing they could do.
It is a unfair and ridiculous return policy given all the competition. It is unreasonable for a buyer to return merchandise in such a short time frame. Have had the Q Card 4 years now. Same due date. I have always paid my bill on time. QVC had changed my due date to two days earlier and I failed to catch it. No notice of the change. I feel like I've been had. Check your due dates!
Lets keep in mind that my issue was from the order, to shipping, payments and customer service. I am not one that would place a negative if I had great feelings. When the order was placed I was charged the first payment, following the placement of the order I received a call from a representative confirming the order at am.
During the confirmation call I have focused on delivery. I have indicated that a signature is a must, after I made that request the representative tried to make me feel stupid by saying that they meaning QVC would not deliver a product such as a laptop with a signature.
After order was placed no item was delivered. Now being towards the holiday that was not a priority for me. Well, from the time order was placed we passed December, January without any payments being deducted. Immediately I called my bank and filed a Fraud claim, that initial claim was declined due to not being fraud. The bank should have processed as a dispute.
That's irrelevant. After tying to ask for help QVC has not shown any concern, they literally said "Call your bank. Well at time I filed the claim I received a letter in the mail from a collections department regarding the payment.
QVC 1st Mistake: All 3 calls pertaining this issue not one time did anyone want to help. I was informed that I would get a call from a manager in a specific period of time, well no call received. I filed a complaint the California DA office and was gathering information and submitting to the bank.
Well in May I received a letter from the bank that the claim has been reviewed and I was going to see a permanent credit. So that leaves me with one payment being made for a product that never was delivered. I called the bank regarding the one payment I didn't get refunded for, the reason I didn't revive it was not because of a denial it had to do with how the claim was processed. The bank suggested that call QVC, they made it appear that it will be the easiest call I would make due to accountability.
Well the representative once attain said that they cant speak with me. That need to wait for a call back and it can take up to 4 hours which I had no choice. Well I have not received a single call. I called back towards the evening, during the call I spoke to a gentleman. In quotes, I wrote it down word from word "You did not pay for the 3 because the bank gave you 2, it can take up to 5 days for you to get your last payment back.
On June 7th I called at 8am. Once again I was told that they will have a manager call me at the most in 4 hours but can be a lot sooner. June 7th I was told the same thing and no call was made. QVC has been provided with detailed instructions that the buyers demands a signature. QVC has submitted the purchase to credit agencies but this occurred after the payments were made. QVC has been provided with the tracking details clearly showing that the package was left at the front door.
At or around 10am which is when most individuals are at work. QVC has provided false information that was misleading for the benefit of their time. This is now my major or one of my major concerns. I have a company that has not taken accountability for a package from the time I left their facility up to the time it ended up at wherever. Cameras clearly showed UPS driving down the street around pm, none in the am. This raised brows assuming that either someone intended on doing what they do.
At the same time I had a source that was able to verify that UPS was contacted about this via merchant. Lets just say that UPS has provided payment for the loss of package. Well that would mean something simple which is no attempt should be made for collecting payment. Logically speaking, QVC clearly is able to determine the amount remaining that is owed to me including that refunding me will still reflect on QVC.
Nevertheless, it appears that QVC has collected the funds for this purchase from the carrier. If I am not going to be refunded I will take all necessary actions required in order to get my money back.
There has not been a single time that I spoke with someone from QVC that the conversation was taken serious. Please take this serious that I will get my money back no matter what, but if its the avenue where I am having to consume time and go other avenues then it will become on a much larger scale of a negative experience. I order three sets of bowls and ramekins from QVC.
Each product featured a serving spoon but when I received my order none was included with each order. I called customer service and they said that I was I would receive each on. After two weeks I did not receive them. I called again, this time they said they could not send them, instead offered a small refund. So I called QVC to get tracking details on my order and was told it was cancelled. Ask why. Could not give me no details. I ensured them was a gift and if it was cancelled why was I not notified. The Rep said, "We will credit back your money," and hung up. Rude customer service representative. Do not order from QVC. QVC is so fraudulent and I can see how they pull this on and take advantage of older people. Not me! I ordered an item and within 3min we decided we didn't want the item and tried to cancel.
Was an option but said the order was already in process and can't cancel. So called customer service 5min after placing the order. They said they couldn't cancel as it was being prepared for shipment. Order already sent to the warehouse, picked and being prepared for shipment within 5min. No way! Customer service was non compassionate and didn't listen to the customer and consider where the customer was coming from. Said they would have a supervisor call me right back when I requested that.
Then that changed that they would call me tomorrow. What a joke! QVC Terrible! I ordered a gift card Nov 28th. QVC sent email saying it was mailed Dec 2. It is now Dec 16th and no card. The worst part is I have complained 3 times and have not received an answer other than a stock email saying they would look into it. Basically no response. Can't get through on the phone. Since this was a Christmas gift this is so disappointing. Are they basically a ripoff company?
After reading some reviews, I would never trust them again. I've never had a problem with QVC until now. Ordered 2 very important items for Christmas. They began a shipping label however, USPS said they have not received the item.
I've been shopping with QVC since the early 90s. Come , robbery return changes! Perhaps more customer service from home reps to help in reducing the waste. But come on. I've done all my shopping online and am happy with most. But gifts shouldn't be other customers returns. Opened torn packaging. Not even taped. Only the beginning of my finger pointing. Shame shame QVC. Hire some from home workers or something. I'm about done with qvc. Qvc used to be an outstanding online store and it's a shame to see go down the drain.
I've been with QVC since the beginning of and Ive ordered numerous of items on EasyPay which comes in handy if you cant afford to pay all at once. Ive never had one problem with merchandise or getting my products on time. I returned one item and was refunded as stated. I can afford to pay monthly for what I want and need. So Thanks QVC for allowing so many of us on strict fundings to be able to purchase, receive and pay monthly.
I will never order from QVC again. I have not received my order. Suppose to be here on the December 3 and then I order it two weeks ago and they charged my card again. It's not even time then it was the wrong amount.. Every time you call can't talk to a supervisor. They have to send email.. I started shopping on QVC several months ago. I've never missed a payment and never been late on a payment.
They took the money and later when I went back to check to see if the shipment was done I saw a notation on my order history that the purchase was cancelled.
I called only to find out they implemented a new policy that does some kind of credit check without filling out a credit application.
I find it illegal or an invasion of my privacy that whatever system they're using to peep into my life and develop a determination of what I'm eligible to purchase base on a stupid system that cannot accurately report squat!
I explained to several representative and three Supervisors that I was a victim of identity theft and I personally put a FREEZE on my social security number with all three credit bureaus. It's no way they could access my credit history without my permission.
The Supervisor then disclose to me that they can actually see into my bank account and view my account and where and who I receive my income from. Which is also illegal!
Another Supervisor who was the only person that actually showed me that he cared about what was happening to a loyal customer he put the order through a second time waiving the shipping cost. The Easy Pay department cancelled the order a second time. I called back again they hung up on me. The chair I was trying to order cost way less than the other orders I made.. Don't purchase anything from them! They will invade your privacy and make you feel like crap! It's 5AM and I'm up writing this review from the emotional hurt they made feel so humiliated and like my GREAT order history didn't even matter to them!
It felt like I was raped of my dignity! It felt like I was spit on for being a Loyal Customer! QVC has acknowledged receiving the funds for which I am waiting a refund. QVC cannot manage to sending me the refund. Never a return phone call or email. I will as of this week, file a claim with my states Attorney General's office just to see if someone with QVC can manage to do their job when that requires something other than sales and collecting payments.
I ordered a Christmas tree that was posted on the QVC website with a post that said the item was available. My order was placed on November 20, , and I received a QVC order confirmation stating the delivery date would be November 30, I called QVC for an update as I did not receive the standard shipping confirmation email. The customer service agent told me that since the order was coming from a vendor and not the QVC warehouse she had no way to give me an answer. I asked that the order be canceled and was told that the order couldn't be canceled because it had gone too far in the vendor's system.
If customer service was able to tell me I couldn't cancel them why were they unable to press the vendor for shipping information?
